The company required a state-of-the-art data center that provides a fast, flexible, and scalable network with better connectivity within the organization. Imdaad eventually decided to replace its system with theBrocade ICX 7750 network switch and introduced the Brocade VDX 6740 switch into its data center to build a Brocade VCS Ethernet Fabric in order to future-proof its network capabilities.

Imdaad’s extension of its services from integrated facilities and environmental solutions in the region into new sectors in the past 25 years has required a streamlined and agile solution for both its core data center and future managed sites. The move to a Brocade VCS Ethernet Fabric data center will offer increased bandwidth to ensure quicker turn-around time, enabling the data center to meet its objectives of reliability, scalability and availability. It will also provide a vendor-agnostic platform with automated features and chassis-like performance as well as reduce operational expenditure.

Jamal Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said: “Imdaad is proud to be at the forefront of the managed services industry and upgrading our service infrastructure will empower us to accomplish our growth plans. We wanted to partner with a market leader who can help us take one step ahead to achieve our goals and objectives and are confident of Brocade’s state-of-the-art and highly advanced multiple switch solution. We are upbeat that the Brocade Ethernet fabric network switching solution will provide the required agility, scalability and automation to our data center, enabling the management and our employees to increase efficiency and focus more on the company’s strategic growth plans.”
